Joey’s As Gaeilge!!
Seachtain Na Gaeilge continues . . .
As part of our cultural and language celebrations we are very active this week! Tá muid ag baint sult as gach rud agus gach lá . . .
What is most impressive is the attitude of all our boys. We are giving everthing a shot using our Irish and we are enjoying every single minute. Is maith linn Gaeilge!!!
The puc fada was in full flight during the week and our Irish Dancers in the hall woud put Riverdance to shame! Maith sibh ar fad.
Meanwhile down in Room 10 the boys have been busy rehearsing and recording their spoken Irish pieces. This work is truly fantastic and if you want to listen just click on the left hand side of these links. . . The boys have a brilliant attitude toward Irish and if you want to pop in tá céad míle romhat!

D.E.A.R.- Drop Everything And Run.
Every day, our class go outside to the yard for ten minutes and we run for the duration of that time. Our best score was 29 laps of the basketball court, both Evan and Michael achieved this record. Evan’s score was the most improved as he managed to bring his score up from 16 to 29 laps. Michael on the other hand has the highest total of laps in our Drop Everything And Run sessions. We’ll keep you posted on our progress.
